RampMyCity Foundation has been working towards making our cities better at physical accessibility for PwDs. We look forward to partnering with your organisation in our mission to build sustainable cities which promises equal opportunities for all.
We have made several public places wheelchair-accessible in multiple cities. These include establishments such as schools, colleges, healthcare centres, police stations, public parks, libraries, citizen service centres, eateries and similar places of public usage. Our projects have provided access to thousands of people with locomotor disabilities access to public places just like any able-bodied citizen of India.
This is the first-of-its-kind initiative in India, being spearheaded by RampMyCity, where direct on-ground accessibility interventions are being carried out to fill the gaps in our society even for basic amenities. We thank all the organisations for their partnership and giving us the opportunity to make India much better at physical accessibility for the inclusion of Persons with Disabilities and Elderly Population.
